All orders from November and December 2020 are valid for returns and exchanges until two weeks after Christmas.
Our policy lasts 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.
There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery
Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at info[at]muhoov.eu.
To return your product, send us an email at info[at]muhoov.eu including the following:
– name of the product you are returning
– date of order
– date of receiving the product
– purchaser’s name and contact info
If you received the parcel via an Omniva parcel machine, you can return it from any Omniva parcel machine, using the return code in the text message that gave you the door code for opening the parcel machine.
If you received the order via international mail, then you should return it by sending the product with your contact info via International mail to the address noted on our Contact Us page.
How ever you return the item(s), make sure your order number and/or name is attached to the parcel or inside the parcel in some form, so we can identify it as your return.
Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund if your order qualifies. We will send you an email to notify you if we have refunded your order.
Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 1-2 working days.
Once we have received the returned product(s), we will process the refund. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.
