Returns and exchanges

Our returns and refunds policy is valid for 14 days. If 14 days have gone by since you received your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.

Terms for returning products

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
– Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
– Any item that is returned more than 14 days after delivery

How to return your product

To return your product, send us an email at klienditeenindus[at]muhoov.eu including the following:

– order number
– name of the product you are returning
– date of receiving the product
– purchaser’s name and contact info

If you received the parcel via an Omniva parcel machine, you can return it from any Omniva parcel machine, using the return code in the text message that gave you the door code for opening the parcel machine.

If you received the order via international mail, then you should return it by sending the product with your contact info via International mail to the address noted on our Contact Us page.

How ever you return the item(s), make sure your order number and/or name is attached to the parcel or inside the parcel in some form, so we can identify it as your return.

Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process the refund if your order qualifies. We will send you an email to notify you when we have refunded your order.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, typically within 1-2 working days.

How to exchange your product

To exchange your product, simply return the original product and purchase a new one from our webshop.

All #muhoov products are printed according to orders — to avoid any errors, we only offer exchanges via the return process (see above).

About late or missing refunds

If you haven't received an email from us saying we have refunded you within 10 working days of returning our product, get in touch with us at klienditeenindus[at]muhoov.eu.

If you received an email saying we have refunded you but you haven’t received the money back yet, first check the payment menthod you used for the funds again.

Then contact your bank or credit card company. It may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
