1. General Provisions and Seller Information
1.1. The owner of the online store muhoov.eu (hereinafter: the Online Store) is muhoov OÜ (registry code 14427736), located at Kopli 25-405, 10412 Tallinn, Estonia.
1.2. Email address: klienditeenindus@muhoov.eu.
1.3. These Terms of Sale apply to the purchase of goods from the Online Store and regulate the legal relationship between the Seller and the Buyer in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Estonia.
2. Product and Price Information
2.1. All prices indicated in the Online Store are in euros (€).
2.2. A delivery fee will be added to the price, depending on the Buyer's location and the chosen delivery method. The delivery fee is displayed to the Buyer during the checkout process.
2.3. Information about the characteristics of the goods is provided directly adjacent to the product.
3. Ordering and Payment
3.1. To place an order, the Buyer adds the desired products to the shopping cart, fills in the required data fields, and selects a suitable delivery method. The total amount due is then displayed on the screen.
3.2. Payments are facilitated by Maksekeskus AS. Payments can be made via bank links (Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania, Finland), credit cards (Visa/Mastercard), and other solutions (Revolut, N26, Inbank "buy now, pay later," Kniks gift cards).
3.3. muhoov OÜ is the controller of personal data and transfers the personal data necessary for the execution of payments to the authorized processor, Maksekeskus AS.
3.4. The sales contract enters into force upon receipt of the total amount due to the Seller's bank account.
3.5. If the ordered goods cannot be delivered (e.g., due to the item being out of stock), the Buyer will be informed at the earliest opportunity, and the paid amount (including delivery costs) will be refunded without delay, but no later than within 14 days.
4. Delivery
4.1. The Online Store ships goods worldwide.
4.2. Shipments within Estonia generally reach the destination specified by the Buyer (usually a parcel locker) within 10 working days after the entry into force of the contract. In exceptional cases, the Seller has the right to deliver the goods within 45 calendar days.
4.3. Specific delivery times depend on stock levels and the speed of the logistics partner (Omniva). Current information can be found on the FAQ page.
5. Right of Withdrawal and Returns
5.1. After receiving the order, the Buyer (as a consumer) has the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days. The right of withdrawal does not apply to legal entities.
5.2. Important Limitation: The right of withdrawal does not apply to products manufactured according to the specifications provided by the Buyer (e.g., custom-printed place names, specific designs, etc.), except in cases where the product is defective.
5.3. To test and ensure the nature of the goods, the Buyer may only handle the goods in a manner permitted in a physical store. If the goods have been used for other purposes or show signs of wear, the Seller has the right to reduce the refund amount in accordance with the decrease in the value of the goods.
5.4. Return costs are borne by the Buyer, except in cases where the goods do not match the order (wrong or defective product).
5.5. The Seller shall refund all payments received from the Buyer under the contract without delay, but no later than 14 days after receiving the withdrawal notice. The refund may be delayed until the Seller has received the goods back or the Buyer has provided proof of having sent the goods back.
5.6. Special Right: The Online Store reserves the right to withdraw from the sales transaction if the ordered print is not in line with the brand image or if the price of the product was significantly below market value due to an error. 5.7. 6. Statutory Right to File a Complaint
6.1. The Online Store is liable for any lack of conformity or defects of the goods that existed at the time of delivery and which appear within two years.
6.2. For defects appearing within the first 12 months of delivery, it is presumed that the defect existed at the time of delivery. Rebutting this presumption is the obligation of the Online Store.
6.3. Upon discovery of a defect, the Buyer must contact the Seller within two months by sending an email to klienditeenindus@muhoov.eu.
6.4. The Online Store will respond to the consumer's complaint in writing within 15 days. Defective goods will be repaired or replaced. If this is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded.
7. Direct Marketing and Processing of Personal Data
7.1. The Online Store uses personal data (name, phone number, address, email, bank details) only for processing the order and shipping the goods. Personal data is transferred to the transport service provider to facilitate delivery.
7.2. Newsletters and offers are sent only if the Buyer has given their consent. Consent can be withdrawn at any time via the instructions provided in the email.

8. Dispute Resolution
8.1. All complaints should be sent to klienditeenindus@muhoov.eu.
8.2. If an agreement cannot be reached, the consumer has the right to contact the Consumer Disputes Committee (Estonia). Additionally, the EU Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) platform may be used.
